Can I choose my own PIN?

* Please be sure to check: In-store, contact center and other services to prevent the spread of the COVID-19
If you open your account by postal mail, your PIN will be sent to your registered address by non-forwardable certified mail.
If you open your account at one of our branches, you can pick your own PIN at the counter.
*For some cases, your PIN will be sent to your registered address.

You can change your PIN 24/7 by automated voice guidance at 0120-456-272(press *77 for English assistance).
