When I click on the “PowerDirect Login” button, a blank page appears. How do I fix this problem?

■ Register the fund transfer page as trusted sites if you use Internet Explorer
Note that the screens may appear slightly different from your device depending on your operating system.
1. Click "Tools" on the menu bar or a gear icon > Select "Internet Options" > Click on the "Security" tab.
2. Click "Trusted Sites" and then select the "Sites" button.
3. Type "*.shinseibank.com" (an asterisk, a period, and the domain name of shinseibank.com) in the "Add this website to the zone" field > Click on "Add" button.
4. Remove the check mark from the option of "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone".
5. Click "OK" to save the website addition and exit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

■ Enable the DOM storage if you use Internet Explore
1. Click "Tools" on the menu bar or a gear icon > Select "Internet Options" > Click on the "Advanced" tab.
2. Check the "Enable DOM Storage" box > Click "OK" > Go back to Internet Explorer.

■Please confirm the setting of your security software
If you are using Kaspersky as your security software, disable the “Block Banner Ad” and the issue may be resolved. Please confirm the details with the software manufacturer.

■Turning off the Ad blocker
The issue may be resolved if you turn off the ad blocker on your security software or browser performane add-ons on your brower.

■ Use a different type of browser
The problem can be sometimes fixed by using a different browser.

■ Use a different device
If you are using a PC, use a smartphone for this transaction.
If you are using a smartphone, use a PC for this transaction.
