When I try to login, I get the message "Account Locked: Too many invalid attempts".

・In case you forgot your PowerDirect password, contact 0120-301-231(Available 24/7) and reset your password via automated voice system.
※Please follow the voice guidance.

・In case you forgot your 4 digit PIN, contact the following number to have your new PIN reissued. 0120-456-272(Hours: Weekdays/Saturdays 8:30 ~ 17:30).
