Report a lost or stolen ATM card

Where can I report a lost or stolen ATM card?

Please contact either the contact center (PowerCall) to suspend the withdrawal function of your cash card.
Once your cash card has been stopped, please reissue your new cash card by either Procedure Request Form or at the call center.

Please contact 0120-456-022 and tell the representative that your cash card has been lost/stolen.
※Stopping your cash card: available 24hrs/365days
※Reissuing your cash card: available 8:30am to 5:30pm/Weekdays and Saturdays.
