As long as you can make a domestic wire transfer you will be able to use the GoRemit from anywhere in Japan.
Please note you can only make a Transfer from an account under your name.
Please also note that Transfer from Shinsei Bank accounts cannot be made from an ATM.
*Customers using the Shinsei Bank Overseas Remittance application (GoRemit) (for Individual Customers),
