Each customer has their own remittance limit
If you wish to change the limit already set, please apply for the expected remittance amount by either paper application or if you are using the GoRemit app, please apply via the app menu. Upon completion of Shinsei Banks prescribed screening, we will set a limit and notify you of it

After logging into the GoRemit app, please tap on “Menu”(the 3 bars located on the upper left corner of the page) > “Remittance Limit Amount” to change your limit.
