【GoRemit Online Remittance Service *for Business Users】I have lost my User ID / password.
For Master User:
The Master User ID is your GoRemit Customer Number.

Customers can confirm their GoRemit Customer Number on the following documents:
・GoRemit Registration Letter
・Beneficiary Registration Letter
・Advice of Transfer

If you have lost these letters and/or your password, we will reissue them for you.
Please contact 0120-227-503(English assistance is also available)(Hours:9:00am to 5:00pm/Weekdays).
Your new password will be sent by registered mail.

For Sub User:
Sub User information is managed by Master User. Please check with Master User.
Sub User ID will be displayed next to User Name on User Management page.
Sub User password is managed by Master User. Please check with Master User.
