Restrictions are placed on your account in approximately one month after the "DATE OF EXPIRATION" of your Residence Card.
We have sent a letter titled “Restriction of Transactions on Your Account” to our customers whose “Period of Stay” has expired. We will place restrictions on your account in 10 days after this letter has been sent. Please update your “Period of Stay” as soon as possible.
In addition, in event the letter for the "Confirmation of Your Period of Stay" is retuned back to us, the same restrictions will be placed on your account.
