【GoRemit】I have received a letter requesting for the confirmation of the validity (DATE OF EXPIRATION) of my Residence Card.Will I be able to submit necessary information by FAX?

As of May 31, 2019 fax service is not available for GoRemit overseas remittance orders and requests for change of registered personal information.
Please send your updated Residence Card information by either postal mail or if you are a GoRemit smartphone app user; please upload your Residence Card information via app.
