【Residence Card】I have received a letter “Confirmation of Your Period Stay”, how do I update my ”Period of Stay” if I have also changed my address and/or name as well?

Please update your registered address via internet banking.
After registering, you will receive an e-mail titled "Your change of address has been completed" within 2 to 3 business days. (If there is a problem with the details provided you will receive an email notifying you)
After confirming the above email, please log in to internet banking and upload a image of your residence card and update your period of stay from the Registered Information menu.

(If you can not use internet banking)
Please printout the following:
●Change of Registered Information 〔PDF〕
●Postage paid envelope 〔PDF〕
Please fill in the necessary information and send this back along with a copy of both sides of your Residence Card and post it back to us.


【Customers with a Rakuten Brokerage Account and/or an Insurance product】
In addition to contacting Shinsei Bank, you will also be required to contact Rakuten Securities or insurance company.
Rakuten Securities Customer Service Center 0120-885-687/03-6739-3322 (Weekdays 8:30 am to 17:00 pm).
Please contact underwriter(s) of the insurance product(s) you have purchased.
