Please follow the procedure below to unlock your Security Code Card.
Unlock Security Code Card by Shinsei PowerCall (automatic voice guidance)

1) Have your account number and 4 digit PIN code at hand.
2) Contact 0120-301-231.
※Please follow the voice guidance.
※Your PowerDirect password will also be reset.
Login with your 8 digit date of birth and register your new PowerDirect password.
The previously used 3 passwords cannot be used.

※When entering the coordinates from your Security Code Card, alphabet (letters) should be entered in the uppercase.
Please enter the alphabet (letters) directly from your keyboard or use the security keyboard available on the screen.
