Details

Why doesn't the Bank have a passbook like other Japanese banks?
Shinsei Bank has eliminated the hassle of having to carry around a passbook.
You can confirm your account activities on Shinsei PowerDirect(Internet banking).
Inquiry of transactions is available at "Accounts"→"Activity" menu. You can view transactions for the past 2 years.

If you would like to confirm account activities for the preceding 5 years, please check the monthly statements at "Top"→"Monthly Statement".
*If you are using smartphone, tap "menu" top left →"Monthly Statement".

Please note that a monthly statement for the current month will be available from the seventh business day of the following month.
