Details

After meeting the requirements for the new stage, when will the new stage start?

Stages will be reviewed once a year according to the "Eligibility Requirements". Average annual balance or transactions will be evaluated at the end of each year, and each customer will be assigned the applicable stage from February of the following year .

In addition, after meeting the specific requirements for the new stage (with star mark), each customer will be assigned the applicable stage 2 months later without waiting for the next year.

For example, a “Standard” customer who meets the requirements such as "Use of Salary deposit" or "Use of Direct debits" for "Silver" in April will be upgraded to the Silver stage on June 1st.
