Domestic fund transfer

What is the deadline for making a same day domestic transfer?

This will depend on the how the fund transfer would be made.

■Fund Transfers from Shinsei PowerDirect (internet banking)
・Fund transfers made between Shinsei Bank accounts
 Fund transfers will be processed immediately.
※Excluding periods for system maintenance.

・Funds transfers made to other banks
 Fund transfers will be processed immediately.
※Excluding periods for system maintenance.
※Fund transfers made during system maintenance periods will be processed on the date you will be able to confirm as “Transfer Date” shown on the screen.

■Fund transfers made at the branch
Fund transfers made between Shinsei Bank accounts: During branch operating hours on weekdays.
Funds transfers made to other banks: Until 15:00 p.m. on weekdays.

■Fund transfers made on Shinsei PowerCall (telephone banking)
Fund transfers made between Shinsei Bank accounts: Until14:30 p.m. on weekdays.
Funds transfers made to other banks: Until14:30 p.m. on weekdays.

※The timing of the deposit for the fund transfer will vary for each beneficiary bank.
※Fund transfer are available 24 hours/365 days for fund transfers made on Shinsei PowerDirect(Internet banking) and when using the Name-back function. (The Cut–off time for same day fund transfers made without using the Name-back function will be 15:00 p.m... Fund transfers made after 15:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day)

Funds transfers from Shinsei PowerDirect offer services such as beneficiary name being automatically displayed (Name-back function) .

※In addition, based on security measures being implemented to protect customer’s assets , fund transfers made at the branch may be asked for details and documents related to the fund transfer.
